You can't. Sorry. Because of the nature of our work here at SHS we need to protect our designs - and our people - from undesirable third parties. Plus of course we need to ensure the security of our existing clients.
However, should your organization be interested in establishing an account with us, then rest assured that our people will find out about it, and we will contact you: there's a very good chance that we already know who you are and the nature of your plans.
So if you feel strongly that you need SHS and we haven't yet made contact, simply mention the company's name a few times in e-mails or during phone calls and it won't be long before you hear from us (that's assuming that your organization is the sort with which we wish to work!).
When we do make contact, you will be expected to provide us with full details every member of your organization - this is for security purposes and will in no way infringe on your personal freedom. Once we have ascertained that your people are who they claim to be, we can then proceed to establish your account.
Specific Account Problems:
Forgotten your password or can't remember your account number? Then that's just tough luck. You should know better.
Your rivals are using SHS equipment against you? Sorry, but we can't help you there. At least, not directly: depending on the nature of the equipment, we might be able to supply you with more advanced weaponry and defenses, if you can afford them. Contact our sales team for details.
Lost your SHS equipment and personnel in a recent incident? Our agents will endeavor to locate and return your equipment if possible, or destroy it if necessary. This is an expensive service and will result in a number of penalties that might seem excessive (or even unattainable if that same incident also caused you to lose access to your funds). Please note that we can rarely recover lost personnel so it's probably best not to become friends with them.
