Little is known about Octavian. He appeared very infrequently and does not appear to have taken part in any major battles.

Costume:
Octavian styled (and named) himself after a Roman emperor. He wore a white toga, sandals and a laurel wreath, as well as a black domino mask to conceal his identity.
