I have the very fondest memories of attacking WEST OF EDEN with Harry, and I greatly regret there was a little misunderstanding thereafter... My respect and affection for Harry have remained undimmed, and we still seem to get good value from each other when we meet.

It is my loss that I haven't been keeping up with the longer fiction he's been writing since, but I have been turning my face away from science fiction and towards science during the last ten years: though Harry is still one of my all time greats.
