It's all right there for you: a good job, cheap food and entertainment, efficient public services, low crime rates, free education...

But in the city of the future, happiness comes at a price...

Dominic is an average teenager who knows how his life is going to turn out: just like everyone else's. He'll leave school, get a job, get married, live happily ever after... The usual.

Then a freak accident gives him the ability to read other people's thoughts, and Dominic begins to learn just how bad life in the city really is. And how good it could be, if only there was someone willing and able to make a difference...
