In March 1992, the MoonOffice posted a flyer to everyone on their mailing list: The fan club was being completely revamped.

For an annual fee of 50 Deuthsche Marks (plus 10 DM p&p, and a further 14 DM for non-Euro cheques), members would receive four issues of MoonPaper and a free gift. The first year's free gift was an Alphaville badge, the second year's was the History cassette, the third year's was the Navigator Room poster.

Each issue of MoonPaper had an introduction by Marion from the MoonOffice, release dates and concert dates, and a list of available merchandise. More detailed contents of each issue are listed below.
